Featuring 3 bedrooms there is ample room for 6 people (+ sofa bed). On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and casual living area with TV and entertainers kitchen, with access to your private entertaining area with outdoor furniture and a gas bbq.

Upstairs has an open plan lounge and dining area with superb fully equipped chefs kitchen. A tv, dvd/video player, stereo and a selection of books are provided for your enjoyment. There is a balcony off the lounge with outdoor seating where you can put your feet up and enjoy a glass of local wine while watching the sun go down at the end of your busy day. There is also a balcony off the master bedroom (Villa 1) and each villa has a 2 person spa bath to the ensuite.

Conveniently located close to Mangles Bay on Palm Beach and within walking distance of award winning Restaurants, Shops, Environmental Centre and Shoalwater Bay.
Penguin Island, Waikiki Beach and Port Kennedy Golf Resort are just a short drive away. Perth International or Domestic airports are approx 45 mins drive.
